Purchases

All purchases are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. Digital book files are delivered electronically. Hardcover books are printed and shipped to your specified address.

Intellectual Property

The stories and illustrations generated by our AI are created specifically for you. You retain the right to enjoy and share your personalized book. MyKidTales retains the right to the underlying AI technology and templates.

Digital Delivery

Digital previews are typically available within 2 hours of submission. While we strive for prompt delivery, processing times may vary during peak periods.

Limitation of Liability

MyKidTales is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
