Digital Products
Due to the personalized nature of our digital products, digital book files are non-refundable once delivered. Each book is custom-created using AI specifically for your child.
Hardcover Books
If your hardcover book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with significant quality issues, we offer a full replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team with photos of the issue.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@mykidtales.com within 30 days of receiving your book
- Include your order number and photos showing the issue
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with how the story turned out, contact us and we'll work with you to create a new version at no additional cost. Your child's happiness is our top priority.
